Mr. SWANasked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is aware that on the third day on which the military court in Alexandria sat last month to try those accused of taking part in the demonstrations in December last the court refused to hear all the witnesses for the defence; and whether this procedure was also adopted by the military court which fried those accused of rioting in May?
