Mr. THOMSONasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that, owing to the action of his Ministry in delaying assent to the carrying out of schemes already approved by them, it will be impossible for local authorities to complete all the houses for which provisional sanction has been obtained before July, 1922; and, under these circumstances, will the Government grant to English authorities the same extension of time for completion that has been pro- 1900 mised to Scotch housing authorities and to the London County Council?
