REESasked the Secretary of State for India whether, in view of the intention of the Legislature, to which Clause 3 of Section 67A of the Government of India Act of 1919 gives, or should give, expression, any, and if so what, action will, or can, be taken upon the vote of the Legislative Assembly in favour of submitting the whole of the Budget in March to the vote of that Assembly?
