§ Mr. MACPHERSON
I am afraid that I am not clear what class of case my hon. Friend has in mind. I may point out, however, that Article 5 of the Royal Warrant expressly allows of the review by the Ministry of a permanent pension where error has been made. A permanent pensioner on the other hand can appeal to the Ministry against his award on any ground, and even where a final award is made under the War Pensions Act, 1921, he has a right of appeal for a year after the award is made.
