Mr. RONALD McNEILLasked the Prime Minister whether the High Court of Appeal for Ireland, as constituted by Section 42 of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, is now functioning; whether it is intended to be continued as so constituted after the transfer of the Government of Southern Ireland to the Irish Free State; and, if not, what provision 1190 will be made for appeals from the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland and for the determination of questions arising in Northern Ireland under the Crown Cases Act, 1848?
