§ Mr. CHURCHILLFull particulars of the transaction referred to by the hon. Member were published as an official communiqué which appeared in the London newspapers on 22nd December, 1921. I shall be happy to furnish a copy of this communiqué to the hon. Member, and if, after perusing it, there are any further points on which he may desire information, perhaps he will inform me so that I may make the necessary inquiries.
