§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSA discovery on the scale indicated of manufactured and partly manufactured 105 mm. howitzers was made at the Rockstroh Works about the end of last year. The German Government has undertaken to proceed with the utmost rigour of the law against the guilty persons. No similar incident has occurred since, at these or other works.
