asked the Secretary for Mines whether, in view of the serious damage to public and private property caused by mining subsidence, he will without delay introduce the Bill that was under the consideration of the Government the whole of last Session?

I am unable to make any statement on this matter at present.

Will the hon. Gentleman take this matter into consideration seeing it has been under review for an entire Session?

It has been under my consideration for the last year and a half.
