§ The MINISTER of HEALTH (Sir Alfred Mond)I beg to give notice that I shall, on an early day, ask leave to introduce a Bill to provide for an increase in the rates of contribution and an extension of benefits under the Acts relating to National Health Insurance, and otherwise to amend those Acts.
