§ Mr. WATERSONWhen will the right hon. Gentleman be in a position to state a date for the introduction of this Bill, seeing that we have had the question down for three weeks, and will he reply to the latter portion of the question, as to the proposed Commission, and the names of the Commissioners?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe Commission will be set up almost immediately, and the Bill will be introduced after Easter. I cannot say exactly when.
