41. Lieut.-Colonel A. MURRAYasked the Lord Privy Seal whether, having regard to the introduction of summer time this year by Order in Council, it is considered necessary to proceed with the consideration this Session of the Summer Time Bill?
§ Mr. SHORTTI have been asked to reply to this question. As the present power of fixing summer time by Order in Council will cease to exist after this summer, it is necessary to proceed with the Summer Time Bill this Session in order to make provision for the future.
Lieut.-Colonel MURRAYI beg to give notice that I shall call attention to this matter, on the Motion for Adjournment on Wednesday.
