§ 62. Sir A. HOLBROOKasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Transport if he has received a communication from the Hampshire Automobile Club, with a copy of a resolution expressing their opinion that the incidence of the present tax on motor vehicles is inequitable in several ways, and that in particular it is advisable to adopt a method of taxation based on road user; and whether he will now consider a revision of the present method of taxation?
