§ Sir M. D0CKRELLIs the hon. Gentleman aware that there is a statement in the public Press, over the name of a Noble Lord, that relief can be had from Super-tax, and is that correct?
Mr. YOUNGI would not encourage the belief that any relief from Super-tax can be had other than those provided for in the Statute.
