§ Mr. BALDWINDuring the years specified in the question the average declared value of commodities (the 1805 produce and manufacture of the United Kingdom) registered as exported yearly to all destinations, which were classed in our Trade Accounts as wholly or mainly manufactured, amounted to £386,206,000. Of this aggregate amount the goods consigned to Russia (the former Russian Empire) amounted to £8,990,000, or 2.3 per cent. of the total.
