I would refer the hon. Member to the statement on this subject made by my right hon. Friend the Leader of the House in presenting a Supplementary Estimate for £100,000 for Russian Famine Relief on the 17th March. The figures given in this statement may be summarised as follow:—

Loans to Belgium for Relief and Reconstruction 15,000,000
First British Relief Credit 12,500,000
Second British Relief Credit 10,000,000
Other Relief Expenditure 16,500,000
Total £54,000,000
These amounts are in addition to the Export Credits (£26,000,000) and guarantees under the Trade Facilities Act (£25,000,000).
