§ 87. Mr. C. PERCY
asked the Minister of Agriculture the total amount of Government grants made, or to be made, for the year 1921 to county councils or otherwise in respect of the travelling or other expenses of members of agricultural committees?
Sir A. BOSCAWEN
Complete accounts are not yet available, but it is estimated that the expenditure on travelling and subsistence expenses of members of county agricultural committees repayable by the Ministry will not exceed £3,000. I may add that as from the 1st instant no further grants from public funds will be made for this purpose.
