The following question stood on the Order Paper in the name of Mr. AUBREY HERBERT:

31. To ask the Prime Minister whether he is aware that Greek censorship controls telegrams between Albania and Constantinople, and that British trade suffers in consequence; and what is the justification for this control?

On a point of Order. May I say that a clerical error in this question makes it somewhat ridiculous, and I do not wish to put it in that form.
