Mr. HARMSWORTHBy Article 99 of the Treaty of Versailles, Germany renounced in favour of the principal Allied and Associated Powers all rights and title over this territory. No decision has yet been reached regarding its eventual allocation.
§ Mr. LAMBERTAs the matter has been hanging over for two years, when may the Lithuanian Government expect to receive a decision?
