§ Sir E. GEDDESNegotiations are in progress for leasing certain properties at Holyhead to the company. It is hoped that these negotiations will be successfully concluded at an early date, and that it will be open to the company to apply for permission to introduce a late 567 Bill for the necessary powers in the present Session. The dredging of the harbour would then be taken in hand.
