§ Mr. BALDWINThe whole of the information, which is being obtained from abroad, has not yet been received, and I am afraid a short time must elapse before the Report is published. A considerable amount of information is, however, available at the Department of Overseas Trade.
Captain TERRELLIs it the custom in this country to levy fees on foreign commercial travellers in this country, and, if not, why not?
