HC Deb 24 May 1921 vol 142 cc31-2
Mr. BOTTOMLEY

(by Private Notice) asked the Prime Minister whether the Government have taken any steps to secure the extradition of the alleged war criminals who are charged with some of the most serious offences who have escaped from Germany, whose names are on the list for trial, and whether the British Ambassador has been instructed to make strong representations to Germany on the subject?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

The hon. Gentleman's notice reached me so late that I have been unable to obtain the information required. I have to communicate with the Attorney-General and see whether he is able to obtain it. Perhaps the hon. Gentleman will put down a question for Thursday.
