Dr. MACNAMARA

According to the returns to the Ministry of Labour, the total number of persons employed in municipal gas, water, electricity, trams, and general services was 575,000 at November, 1920, as compared with 407,000 at November, 1918.

Major NALL

Does not this increase account to a marked extent for the great rise in rates?
