§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Cecil Harmsworth)According to the latest information in my possession, five officers have resigned their posts in Upper Silesia. Three of these resigned on grounds of ill-health, and two for private or family reasons.
