§ 92. Mr. G. BARNESasked the Minister of Pensions if he is aware that Mrs. J. E. Towell, widow of the late J. E. Towell, No. 282,257, third clerk, Royal Air Force, has been refused the allowance awarded to her late husband who was medically 1367 certified as entitled to the same in August last, but who died before the Medical Board could confirm the result of the domiciliary visit, and that Article 9 of the Regulations provide for such cases; and will he have the case reopened with a view to the widow being given the benefit which appears to be her due?
