Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe Bill is under consideration, and until it has been considered I am not in a position to make any statement.
Colonel BURNIs the right hon. Gentleman not aware that the fishing industry has been very sadly neglected, and that if the Government only gave it sympathetic assistance there is no saying to what extent it might be developed?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI cannot accept the preliminary statement of my hon. and gallant Friend, but I am not well informed on the subject. The Bill is being prepared; that is all I can say.
