Committee to consider of authorising the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of contributions towards unemployment benefit and of sums necessary for defraying the cost of providing additional benefits for certain persons formerly engaged in War service and of authorising the Treasury to make advances out of the Consolidated Fund and to borrow money for such advances by the issue of such securities as the Treasury think proper, the principal of and interest on such securities to be charged on and payable out of the Consolidated Fund, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session relating to unemployment—(King's Recommendation signified)—To-morrow.—[Lord E.
