§ Viscount CURZONCan the right hon. Gentleman give us any idea when it will be possible to avoid shelving this problem, and when we can have a reply one way or the other?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI do not think that the present from any point of view is a suitable time for attempting to deal with this question.
