HC Deb 17 February 1921 vol 138 c276
Mr. SPEAKER

I have to report that I have received the following telegram from the President of the State Assembly of Esthonia: Reval, 15th February, 1921. The Supreme Council in Paris having agreed to the de jure, recognition of Esthonia, it is the pleasing duty of the first Esthonian Parliament to salute the House of Commons of Great Britain and to express its gratitude to the British nation for the aid and encouragement given to Esthonia in her struggle for independence. STRANDMAN, President of the State Assembly of Esthonia.

Mr. J. JONES

I suggest that that message be posted all over Ireland.

Mr. SPEAKER

The House will desire me to send a suitable reply.
