Mr. SPEAKER informed the House that he had received the following letter relating to the arrest and imprisonment of a Member:

I have the honour to report that on the 14th day of February, 1921, Mr. James Crowley, M.P. for North Kerry, was arrested under a direction issued by me as Competent Military Authority, under the Defence of the Realm Regulations, and was committed to His Majesty's prison, Dublin Castle.
