§ 5. Mr. RHYS DAVIESasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any report has yet been received from Ceylon as to the desirability of a reform of the constitution of the Colony or the lines which any such reform should follow?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI have not yet received such a report and, so far as my information goes, the matter has not yet been debated in the Legislative Council.
