asked the Chief Secretary whether, in view of the general interest aroused in the "Weekly Summary," he will place it on sale at His Majesty's Stationery Office?

Can the right hon. and learned Gentleman give any reason why, in respect of an important document like this, the Government consider it necessary that the issue shall not be available for general perusal?
