§ "That a sum, not exceeding £106,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the 2179 Expense of Rewards, Half-Pay, Retired Pay, Widows' Pensions, and other Non-Effective Services of the Air Force, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1922."
