asked the Chief Secretary whether he can state the result of the trial by court-martial of the men charged with the Ballymacelligot incidents on 12th November, 1920?

Mr. HENRY

I am informed by the general officer commanding in chief that two of the accused have been acquitted. The cases of the other three are before the confirming officer.
