Motion made, and Question proposed, That an additional number of Air Forces, not exceeding 10,000, all ranks, be maintained for the Service of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland at Home and Abroad, exclusive of those serving in India, during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1922.
