§ The PRIME MINISTERI hope that the informal Committee which my right hon. Friend the Leader of the House has invited to assist him in considering the best form for an Estimates Committee to take will have completed its deliberations in a few days, and he will make an announcement to the House as soon as the Government have considered their recommendations.
