LLOYD-GREAMEThe practice to which the hon. and gallant Member alludes is that which has been adopted in the case of Financial Resolutions (i.e., Resolutions involving expenditure of public money), but not hitherto, so far as I am aware, in the case of Ways and Means Resolutions. I do not think that in the present case there is any necessity to depart from the usual practice.
