§ Captain BAGLEYIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that there is a feeling among Members that certain other industries might be regarded as essential industries, and what facilities will Members have for urging that view on the House?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI am aware that that view is held in some quarters, and the proper time to urge the view is when the Resolution comes to be discussed. Obviously one cannot deal with a complicated matter of this kind in the time allotted to questions and answers.
