Mr. TREVELYAN THOMSONasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the large number of dwelling-houses which continue to be kept unoccupied in order to secure a higher sale price, he can now fix an early date for the Second Reading of the Ministry of Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill which empowers local authorities to compulsorily rent such empty dwelling-houses?
