§ Mr. KELLAWAY (Secretary, Department of Overseas Trade)Two of the three directors of the All-Russian Cooperative Society have been domiciled in the United Kingdom for some years. The remaining director, Mr. S. Rosovsky, came with the Russian Trade Delegation, but has now left this country. The question as to the period of his passport does not, therefore, arise. I have no information as to the number of persons employed by the All-Russian Co-operative Society. As regards the business which the society have transacted, I understand that they have entered into negotiations with various firms and that some contracts have been signed for the eventual supply of goods.
