HC Deb 21 October 1920 vol 133 c1064
17. Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKE

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will consider the possibility of taking steps to prevent the French trawlers from infringing the international law by trawling within the three-mile limit, seeing the violation of this law has resulted in seriously depleting the fishing grounds in the neighbourhood of Plymouth?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

If my hon. Friend will be good enough to furnish me with particulars of the cases referred to due inquiry will be made into the matter.
