§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Sir P. Lloyd-Greame)The Report of the sub-committee appointed by the Central Committee under the Profiteering Acts to investigate sewing cotton was published in August last, and has been presented to Parliament (Command Paper No. 930). The Report was published in the form in which it was received from the sub-committee. No modifications have been made to the Report at the instance of Messrs. J. and P. Coats, Limited.
