§ Mr. BONAR LAWI have received notice on behalf of my right hon. Friend (Mr. Asquith) of a similar question, and I shall answer both together. I presume a Notice of Motion will be tabled in regard to this matter. I think it is desirable that it should be dealt with as soon as possible, and I suggest to-morrow for the purpose.
