§ Dr. ADDISONThis question appears to be based on a misapprehension. Under Section 65 of the Mental Deficiency Act, 1913, the powers and duties of the Commissioners in Lunacy were transferred to the Board of Control, and the Act-imposed no such restriction as the hon. Member suggests with regard to the functions of those members of the Board who were not previously Commissioners in Lunacy.
