§ 16. Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY
asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether His Majesty's ships and transports embarked only wounded men and women and children from the Crimea, or whether any of Baron Wrangel's soldiers were embarked; and, if soldiers were embarked, where have they been landed, and will they be permitted to proceed to any other fighting front against the Russian Government?
§ Sir J. CRAIG
With the exception of 150 Russian children who were at the time in the charge of the British Red Cross Hospital, only British nationals were evacuated in British ships. None of General Wrangel's soldiers were embarked in British ships.
