§ Mr. MONTAGUAn auxiliary force for India has recently been constituted on a voluntary basis. I do not propose to take any steps towards the introduction of compulsory military service until it has been seen what success attends the voluntary organisation. I have asked for a report on the progress of the force.
§ Colonel YATEWhen does the right hon. Gentleman expect to get that Report?
