asked the Prime Minister whether he can make any statement as to the composition and objects of the voluntary army under General Bahalovich; and whether this general is receiving any assistance either in money or supplies from the Government or any other of the Allies?
§ The PRIME MINISTER
The voluntary army of General Bahalovich is chiefly composed of deserters from the Red Army. General Bahalovich has proclaimed his object to be the establishment of a White Russian Republic. He 18 is receiving no assistance of any kind from His Majesty's Government, or, so far as I am aware, from any of the Allies.
