§ The PRIME MINISTERThe voluntary army of General Bahalovich is chiefly composed of deserters from the Red Army. General Bahalovich has proclaimed his object to be the establishment of a White Russian Republic. He 18 is receiving no assistance of any kind from His Majesty's Government, or, so far as I am aware, from any of the Allies.
