Major BARNESasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether his attention has bee-n called to the fact that insurance companies and underwriters at Lloyd's refuse to insure agricultural buildings and crops in the South and West of Ireland against wilful destruction by the Government; and, if so, whether he will issue Orders to safeguard such property from destruction?
