§ Mr. MONTAGUConsideration of the provisional estimates of the revenue and expenditure of the civil administration for 1920–21 was interrupted by the recent outbreak before the budget had taken final form. The High Commissioner has been asked to submit revised estimates. I will circulate them when received.
