§ Dr. MACNAMARASo far as I am aware, the shortage of cement is not due, to any serious extent at any rate, to 1882 shortage of labour in cement works, but I am consulting my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health in order to ascertain whether there are any openings for ex-service men in this direction.
