§ 27. Mr. RAPERasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the importance of the assembly of the League of Nations to meet in Geneva on the 15th November, it is his intention to attend this Conference?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI hope that I may be able to take some part in the work of the Assembly of the League at Geneva, but in the final decision I must be guided by the course of events at the Assembly and by other calls upon me at the time.
